REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued.

Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable or returnable. However, if you order a pre-made handmade item from the store, you may return it for a partial refund, not including shipping costs. However, with custom commissions and projects, you will not be refunded unless there is some fault or inability on my end to complete the project. I regularly communicate with my commission clients and send progress updates and photos. There should be no reason why you would be surprised or hate your item upon arrival. If your item is lost in transit, I will do everything I can to assist in locating the package and with the claims process. I will remake stockings at no additional cost if they are truly lost and the claims process has been exhausted to no avail. Please note that in 8 years of mailing stockings, I have only had ONE package be lost in transit, shipped via UPS. I only use USPS now.
